Shipping & Delivery
We ship items via UPS or via the US Postal Service. While we strive to ship items as fast as we can we may occasionally be overwhelmed with orders and it can sometimes take a day or two to ship some orders. For orders with expedited shipping services, we can usually get those out the same day they were ordered if the order is placed before 1:00 pm PST (except weekends or holidays). After your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you tracking information.
You like us, we like you. That is why we will pay for your shipping on all orders over $75. Cool, right? Unfortunately, this is only valid in the continental United States and not Hawaii or Alaska. Sorry.

If you created an account while checking out or already had one, you can view your orders and other fun stuff by clicking on the "my account" link toward the bottom of every page. We also send emails to update you on the status of your order.

Just like most everything else on the site that does not involve buying, paying for stuff or reading boring policies you can access your account information along with all the other important information by clicking on the "my account" link toward the top of every page.
Ltd. Optics Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. If a we supply you with a return label to ship your product back to us, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but we can provide a pre-paid return label on request, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or your item will be returned to you. We are not responsible for lost or in-bound shipments. We advise you insure your packages as well as get tracking information on them.
